本アプリは、賃貸の部屋さがしで、探す前から住んだあとまでにすることと確かめることを、やさしい言葉のカードと内見のチェックシートでまとめたものです。オフラインで動き、登録はいりません。開発者が個人情報を集めたり、送らせたりすることは一切ありません。
本アプリは、そよぎが独自に作ったもので、国や自治体のアプリではありません。国の機関、自治体、そのほかの公的な機関とは関係がなく、それらを代表するものでも、それらに認められたものでもありません。法律の助言でもありません。中身は、国の機関、公的な法人、都道府県と市区町村、裁判所の公式のページで確かめたものです。出典の一覧は、アプリのホームと「せってい」から開けます。確かめたページのリンクは、各カードの下と、内見のシートの出典のある行にあります。
1. 開発者が集める情報
本アプリには、入力された内容を外に送ったり、開発者や第三者に集めさせたりする機能がありません。アカウントの登録もいりません。サーバーも持ちません。
2. 端末の中に残る情報
次のものを、使っている端末の中（ブラウザのローカルストレージ）にだけ残します。
- 内見のチェックシート：見に行く部屋の呼び名、行ごとの印、部屋ごとのメモ
- わたしの条件：ゆずれないこと、あればうれしいこと、家賃の上限、通う場所、部屋ごとの○△×
- 選んだ「気になること」（ただし「居場所を知られたくない」は残しません。アプリを閉じると消えます）
- 選んだ都道府県
- カードの「たしかめた」の印
- アプリの設定（言語、文字の大きさ、色、音など）と、はじめての使い方の説明を見たかどうか
これらには、住まいや暮らしの事情が含まれることがあります。すべて端末の中にとどまり、外へ送られることはありません。「せってい」の「記録をぜんぶ消す」で、設定以外の記録を一度に消せます。アプリの削除やブラウザのデータの消去でも消えます。
3. バックアップ（機種変更用のファイル）
「かきだす」で作るバックアップのファイルには、入力した内容がそのまま入ります。安全な場所に保管し、いらなくなったら消してください。ファイルの受け渡しと保管は、使う人自身の管理になります。
Android版（Google Play版）で「かきだす」を押すと、Androidの共有の画面が開きます。保存先は、その画面で選びます。アプリが自動でどこかへ送ることはありません。
4. 外のページと電話
カードの出典や相談先の「公式のページ」を押すと、端末のブラウザで国や自治体などのページが開きます。開いた先のページでの情報の扱いは、そのページの運営者の決まりによります。本アプリから、入力した内容をそのページに送ることはありません。
相談先の「電話する」を押すと、端末の電話のアプリが開きます。電話をかけるかどうかは、そこで決められます。
画面の右上の「すぐ閉じる」を押すと、Android版（Google Play版）ではアプリが終わります。ブラウザで開いているときは、気象庁の天気予報のページ（https://www.jma.go.jp/bosai/forecast/）に切りかわります。どちらのときも、入力した内容を送ることはありません。端末の中の記録も消えません（消すのは「記録をぜんぶ消す」です）。
5. 分析・広告・トラッキング
アクセス解析、広告、行動の追跡（トラッキング）、追跡用のCookieは、どれも使いません。第三者への情報の提供もありません。
6. 通信とオフライン
本アプリはオフラインで動きます。表示のために、個人を特定する通信はしません。
7. 免責
本アプリの中身は、一般的な情報です。法律の助言や、個別の事情への判断ではありません。制度や窓口の受付時間は変わることがあるため、公式のページや窓口でも確かめてください。命に関わるときや危ないときは、110番・119番に連絡してください。
8. 対象
本アプリは13歳以上の方の利用を想定しています。開発者は個人情報を集めません。
9. 改定
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。大事な変更があるときは、このページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
This app gathers what to do and what to check when renting a home in Japan, from before the search to after moving in, in plain words with cards and a viewing checklist. It works offline and needs no account. The developer never collects personal information or has it sent anywhere.
This app was made independently by SOYOGI. It is not an app of the national government or of any local government. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government agency or other public body, and it is not legal advice. Its content was checked against the official pages of national agencies, public corporations, prefectures and municipalities, and the courts. The list of sources can be opened from Home and Settings in the app. The pages that were checked are linked under each card and under the rows of the viewing checklist that have sources.
1. Information the developer collects
The app has no feature to send what is entered to anywhere, or to let the developer or any third party collect it. No account is required. We run no server.
2. Information kept on the device
The following is kept only on the device in use (browser local storage):
- Viewing checklist: the names given to homes to visit, the check marks on each row, and notes for each home
- My conditions: must-haves, nice-to-haves, the rent limit, places to go to, and the ○△× marks for each home
- The selected concerns (except "Keeping the new address private", which is never kept and disappears when the app is closed)
- The selected prefecture
- The "Checked" marks on cards
- App settings (language, text size, colors, sound, and so on) and whether the first-use guide has been seen
These may include details about housing and daily life. All of it stays on the device and is never sent anywhere. "Delete all records" in Settings removes all records except settings at once. Deleting the app or clearing browser data also removes them.
3. Backup file (for changing devices)
The backup file made with "Export" contains exactly what was entered. Please keep it in a safe place and delete it when it is no longer needed. Handing over and storing the file is under the user's own control.
In the Android version (Google Play), tapping "Export" opens the Android share screen, where the save location is chosen. The app never sends the file anywhere on its own.
4. Outside pages and phone calls
Tapping "Official page" on a card source or a help desk opens a page of a government agency or similar body in the device's browser. How that page handles information is governed by the rules of its operator. The app does not send anything that was entered to that page.
Tapping "Call" on a help desk opens the device's phone app, where the call can be made or canceled.
Tapping "Quick exit" at the top right closes the app in the Android version (Google Play). When the app is open in a web browser, the page changes to the weather forecast of the Japan Meteorological Agency (https://www.jma.go.jp/bosai/forecast/). In both cases, nothing that was entered is sent, and the records on the device are not deleted ("Delete all records" does that).
5. Analytics, ads, and tracking
We use no analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or tracking cookies, and we do not share any information with third parties.
6. Connectivity and offline use
The app works offline and makes no personally identifying communication to display its content.

The content of this app is general information. It is not legal advice or a judgment on any individual situation. Programs and the opening hours of help desks can change, so please also check the official pages or ask the desks. In an emergency or when in danger, call 110 (police) or 119 (fire and ambulance).
8. Intended users
This app is intended for people aged 13 and over. The developer collects no personal information.
