本アプリは、受診や相談の前に伝えたいことを貯めて大事な順の1枚として見せ、言えなかった分を次回へ繰り越すためのノートです。年表と窓口ごとの記録も同じく端末内のみ・オフライン・登録なしで扱います。私たちは利用者のプライバシーを最優先し、開発者側が個人情報を収集・送信することは一切ありません。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
本アプリには、入力された内容を外部に送信したり、開発者や第三者に収集させたりする機能が一切ありません。アカウント登録も不要です。サーバーも持ちません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、あなたが入力した次の内容を、お使いの端末内（ブラウザのローカルストレージ）にのみ保存します。
- 表紙の1行（だれのことを書くノートか）
- 伝えたいこと（1行と詳しい説明・並び順）と、窓口のあとに「言えた」とした項目と日付
- はじめて行くときの1枚（困っている場面・いつから・体と気持ちの変化・してほしいこと）
- 年表（日付・種類・内容、薬の出来事の「実感」「様子」）
- 窓口ごとの記録（窓口の名前・担当者・次の予約・言われたこと・約束・次に確かめる日）
- 薬の一覧（薬の名前・メモ）
- アプリの設定（言語・文字サイズ・色・BGM・タップ音・見せる数・年表の見せる範囲）
これらは健康や暮らしに関わる情報を含むことがありますが、すべて端末内にとどまり、外部へ送信されることはありません。アプリの削除やブラウザデータの消去で失われます。
本アプリは、写真・カメラ・マイク・位置情報・音声の読み上げを使いません。もしもカードの控えファイルを読みこむときも、ファイルは端末の中で読むだけで、どこにも送りません。
3. バックアップ（機種変更用のファイル）について
「かきだす」で保存されるバックアップファイルには、あなたが入力した内容がそのまま含まれます。大切な情報が入っているため、ご自身で安全な場所に保管し、不要になったら削除してください。ファイルの受け渡し・保管は利用者ご自身の管理となります。
Android版（Google Play版）で「かきだす」を押すと、Androidの共有の画面が開きます。保存先（端末のファイル・ドライブ など）は、あなたがその画面で選びます。アプリが自動でどこかへ送ることはありません。
4. 分析・広告・トラッキング
アクセス解析、広告、行動追跡（トラッキング）、追跡用Cookieのいずれも使用しません。第三者への情報提供もありません。
5. 通信・オフライン動作
本アプリはオフラインで動作します。表示のために個人を特定する通信は行いません。
右上の「× とじる」を押すと、すぐに別のページ（Google）へ移ります。ホームの「困りごと制度ガイド」と、せっていの「アプリ開発」のリンクは外部のページを開きます。これらのページを開いても、あなたが書いた内容が送られることはありません（開いた先のページでは、そのページの運営者の方針が適用されます）。
6. 医療・緊急時に関する免責
本アプリは日常を助ける道具であり、医療機器ではありません。診断・治療・医療上の助言を目的とするものではありません。表示される内容はあなたが入力した情報であり、その正確さはご自身で管理してください。命に関わる緊急時は、まず地域の緊急番号（日本では119番・110番など）へ通報してください。
7. 対象
本アプリは13歳以上の方のご利用を想定しています。開発者は個人情報を収集しません。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

Privacy Policy
Collect what to tell the doctor or counselor, show one page in order of importance, carry over what you could not say. Timeline and per-office notes. On-device only, offline, no account. We put your privacy first and never collect or transmit any personal information on the developer's side.
1. Information the developer collects
The app has no feature to send what you enter to anywhere, or to let the developer or any third party collect it. No account is required. We run no server.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores the following things you enter only on your device (browser local storage):
- The one line on the cover (who the note is about)
- Things you want to say (a short line, details and their order), and the items you marked "Said" after a visit, with the date
- The sheet for a first visit (situations you struggle with, since when, changes in body and mood, what you would like)
- The timeline (date, type, content, and "how I felt" / "how it looked" for medicine entries)
- Notes per office (office name, contact person, next appointment, what they said, promises, date to check next)
- The medicine list (medicine names and memos)
- App settings (language, text size, color, music, tap sound, how many items to show, what the timeline shows)
Although this may include information about your health or daily life, it all stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. It is removed if you delete the app or clear your browser data.
The app does not use photos, the camera, the microphone, location, or text to speech. When you import a MOSHIMO Card backup file, the file is only read on your device and is not sent anywhere.
3. About the backup file (for changing phones)
The backup file created by "Export" contains exactly what you entered. Because it holds important information, please keep it in a safe place yourself and delete it when it is no longer needed. Handling and storing this file is under your own control.
In the Android version (Google Play), tapping "Export" opens the Android share screen. There, you choose where to save the file (for example, the files on your device or a cloud drive). The app never sends it anywhere on its own.
4. Analytics, ads, and tracking
We use no analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or tracking cookies, and we do not share any information with third parties.
5. Connectivity and offline use
The app works offline and performs no personally identifying communication to display its content.
"× Close" at the top right moves right away to another page (Google). The "Japan Support Guide" link on Home and the developer link in Settings open external pages. Opening these pages does not send anything you wrote (the opened page follows the policy of its own operator).
6. Medical and emergency disclaimer
This app is a tool for daily life and is not a medical device. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. The content shown is the information you entered, and you are responsible for its accuracy. In a life-threatening emergency, first call your local emergency number (for example, 119 or 110 in Japan).
7. Intended users
This app is intended for people aged 13 and over. The developer collects no personal information.
8. Revisions
We may revise this policy as needed. Any significant changes will be announced on this page.
