本アプリは、朝の距離・のこり元気・できたこと1行を数タップで記録する帳面です。比べたり判定したりしません。端末内だけで動き、オフラインで使え、登録もいりません。私たちは利用者のプライバシーを最優先し、開発者側が個人情報を収集・送信することは一切ありません。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
本アプリには、入力された内容を外部に送信したり、開発者や第三者に収集させたりする機能が一切ありません。アカウント登録も不要です。サーバーも持ちません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
次の情報を、お使いの端末内（ブラウザのローカルストレージ）にのみ保存します。
- 朝の距離：日付ごとに選んだ項目（行ける・途中まで・別室・家で過ごす）
- のこり元気：日付ごとの予定の1行と、それぞれの疲れの段階
- できたこと：日付と1行の文
- 連絡文：次回のために、連絡文に入力した名前。連絡文そのものは保存しません
- 設定：使う記録の種類、連絡の相手（学校・職場）と書く人（本人・家族）の既定値、言語・文字サイズ・色・音
これらは健康や暮らしに関わる情報を含むことがありますが、すべて端末内にとどまり、外部へ送信されることはありません。アプリの削除やブラウザデータの消去で失われます。
3. バックアップ（機種変更用のファイル）について
「かきだす」で保存されるバックアップファイルには、上の2.の情報がそのまま含まれます。大切な情報が入っているため、ご自身で安全な場所に保管し、不要になったら削除してください。ファイルの受け渡し・保管は利用者ご自身の管理となります。
Android版（Google Play版）で「かきだす」を押すと、Androidの共有の画面が開きます。保存先（端末のファイル・ドライブ など）は、あなたがその画面で選びます。アプリが自動でどこかへ送ることはありません。
4. 分析・広告・トラッキング
アクセス解析、広告、行動追跡（トラッキング）、追跡用Cookieのいずれも使用しません。第三者への情報提供もありません。
5. 通信・オフライン動作
本アプリはオフラインで動作し、入力した内容を送る通信は行いません。表示のために個人を特定する通信も行いません。あなたが次の操作をしたときだけ、情報がアプリの外へ出ます。
- 連絡文の「コピー」や「共有」を押したとき：その文が、端末のクリップボードや、あなたが選んだアプリへ渡ります。
- リンク（手順を開く・10代の情報室・困りごと制度ガイド・そよぎのページなど）を押したとき：ブラウザでそのページが開きます。開いた先での情報の扱いは、それぞれのページのポリシーによります。
6. 医療・緊急時に関する免責
本アプリは日常を助ける道具であり、医療機器ではありません。診断・治療・医療上の助言を目的とするものではありません。表示される内容はあなたが入力した情報であり、その正確さはご自身で管理してください。命に関わる緊急時は、まず地域の緊急番号（日本では119番・110番など）へ通報してください。
7. 対象
本アプリは13歳以上の方のご利用を想定しています。開発者は個人情報を収集しません。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

Privacy Policy
This app is a notebook for recording your morning distance, the energy you have left, and one thing you did, in a few taps. It never compares or judges. It runs on your device only, works offline, and needs no account. We put your privacy first and never collect or transmit any personal information on the developer's side.
1. Information the developer collects
The app has no feature to send what you enter to anywhere, or to let the developer or any third party collect it. No account is required. We run no server.
2. Information stored on your device
The following is stored only on your device (browser local storage):
- Morning distance: the option you chose for each day (I can go, Part way, Separate room, Stay home)
- Energy left: the one-line plans for each day and how tiring each one was
- Things done: the date and your one line
- Message: the name you typed into the message, kept for next time. The message itself is not saved
- Settings: which logs you use, the default recipient (school or workplace) and writer (myself or family), and language, text size, color and sound
Although this may include information about your health or daily life, it all stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. It is removed if you delete the app or clear your browser data.
3. About the backup file (for changing phones)
The backup file created by "Export" contains all of the information listed in section 2. Because it holds important information, please keep it in a safe place yourself and delete it when it is no longer needed. Handling and storing this file is under your own control.
In the Android version (Google Play), tapping "Export" opens the Android share screen. There, you choose where to save the file (for example, the files on your device or a cloud drive). The app never sends it anywhere on its own.
4. Analytics, ads, and tracking
We use no analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or tracking cookies, and we do not share any information with third parties.
5. Connectivity and offline use
The app works offline and does not send what you enter anywhere. It performs no personally identifying communication to display its content. Information leaves the app only when you do one of the following:
- When you tap "Copy" or "Share" on a message: the message goes to your device's clipboard or to the app you choose.
- When you tap a link (Open the steps, Teen Info Room, Japan Support Guide, the SOYOGI page, and so on): the page opens in your browser. How information is handled there depends on that page's own policy.
6. Medical and emergency disclaimer
This app is a tool for daily life and is not a medical device. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. The content shown is the information you entered, and you are responsible for its accuracy. In a life-threatening emergency, first call your local emergency number (for example, 119 or 110 in Japan).
7. Intended users
This app is intended for people aged 13 and over. The developer collects no personal information.
8. Revisions
We may revise this policy as needed. Any significant changes will be announced on this page.
