本アプリは、もしもの時に、ご自身の病気・服薬・アレルギー・お願いしたい配慮などを、目の前の相手に「見せて伝える」ための意思表示ツールです。私たちは利用者のプライバシーを最優先し、開発者側が個人情報を収集・送信することは一切ありません。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
本アプリには、入力された内容を外部に送信したり、開発者や第三者に収集させたりする機能が一切ありません。アカウント登録も不要です。サーバーも持ちません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
あなたがカードに入力した内容（なまえ・血液型・病気や障害・服薬・アレルギー・かかりつけ・苦手なこと・お願いしたいこと・緊急連絡先・自由記入）と、アプリの設定（言語・文字サイズ・色・音など）を、お使いの端末内（ブラウザのローカルストレージ）にのみ保存します。これらは健康や連絡先に関わる情報を含みますが、すべて端末内にとどまり、外部へ送信されることはありません。アプリの削除やブラウザデータの消去で失われます。
3. バックアップ（機種変更用のファイル）について
「かきだす」で保存されるバックアップファイルには、あなたがカードに入力した内容がそのまま含まれます。このファイルには健康・連絡先などの大切な情報が入っているため、ご自身で安全な場所に保管し、不要になったら削除してください。ファイルの受け渡し・保管は利用者ご自身の管理となります。
4. 分析・広告・トラッキング
アクセス解析、広告、行動追跡（トラッキング）、追跡用Cookieのいずれも使用しません。第三者への情報提供もありません。
5. 通信・オフライン動作
本アプリはオフラインで動作します。表示のために個人を特定する通信は行いません。
6. 医療・緊急時に関する免責
本アプリは意思表示を補助するツールであり、医療機器ではありません。診断・治療・医療上の助言を目的とするものではありません。表示される内容はあなたが入力した情報であり、その正確さはご自身で管理してください。医療的な緊急時は、まず地域の緊急番号（日本では119番など）へ通報してください。
7. 対象
本アプリは13歳以上の方のご利用を想定しています。開発者は個人情報を収集しません。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

Privacy Policy
This app is a tool for showing your medical conditions, medicines, allergies, and the help you need to the person in front of you in an emergency. We put your privacy first and never collect or transmit any personal information on the developer's side.
1. Information the developer collects
The app has no feature to send what you enter to anywhere, or to let the developer or any third party collect it. No account is required. We run no server.
2. Information stored on your device
The card content you enter (name, blood type, conditions or disabilities, medicines, allergies, your doctor, things you struggle with, requests, emergency contact, and free notes) and your app settings (language, text size, color, sound) are stored only on your device (browser local storage). Although this includes health and contact information, it all stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. It is removed if you delete the app or clear your browser data.
3. About the backup file (for changing phones)
The backup file created by "Export" contains exactly the card content you entered. Because this file holds important health and contact information, please keep it in a safe place yourself and delete it when it is no longer needed. Handling and storing this file is under your own control.
4. Analytics, ads, and tracking
We use no analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or tracking cookies, and we do not share any information with third parties.
5. Connectivity and offline use
The app works offline and performs no personally identifying communication to display its content.
6. Medical and emergency disclaimer
This app is a tool that assists communication of your intentions and is not a medical device. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. The content shown is the information you entered, and you are responsible for its accuracy. In a medical emergency, first call your local emergency number (for example, 119 in Japan).
7. Intended users
This app is intended for people aged 13 and over. The developer collects no personal information.
