本アプリは、暗黙の言い方の辞典・場面ごとの自分用の台本・言う前の点検・失敗と次に試すことの記録・いま電話のメモを、端末の中だけで使う道具です（オフライン・登録なし）。私たちは利用者のプライバシーを最優先し、開発者側が個人情報を収集・送信することは一切ありません。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
本アプリには、入力された内容を外部に送信したり、開発者や第三者に収集させたりする機能が一切ありません。アカウント登録も不要です。サーバーも持ちません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
あなたがアプリに入力した内容（言い方の辞典から書いた台本、場面ごとの台本、言う前の点検、失敗と次に試すことの記録、いま電話のメモ）と、アプリの設定（言語・文字サイズ・色・音など）を、お使いの端末内（ブラウザのローカルストレージ）にのみ保存します。これらは健康や暮らしに関わる情報を含むことがありますが、すべて端末内にとどまり、外部へ送信されることはありません。アプリの削除やブラウザデータの消去で失われます。
他の人に関する記述について：電話のメモや失敗の記録には、相手の名前・会社名・電話番号など、あなた以外の人に関する情報が含まれることがあります。これらも端末内にのみ保存され、開発者が見ることはありません。ただし、バックアップファイルや「文字で 書き出す」でコピーした文章を他の人に渡したり、記録を人に見せたりするときは、相手の名前や会社名などを伏せるなど、ご自身の判断で配慮してください。
3. バックアップ（機種変更用のファイル）について
「かきだす」で保存されるバックアップファイルには、あなたが入力した内容がそのまま含まれます。大切な情報が入っているため、ご自身で安全な場所に保管し、不要になったら削除してください。ファイルの受け渡し・保管は利用者ご自身の管理となります。
Android版（Google Play版）で「かきだす」を押すと、Androidの共有の画面が開きます。保存先（端末のファイル・ドライブ など）は、あなたがその画面で選びます。アプリが自動でどこかへ送ることはありません。
台本・失敗と次・言う前の点検の一覧にある「文字で 書き出す」は、その章の中身を文字にして、端末のクリップボードにコピーするだけの機能です。どこにも送信しません。コピーする前に、他の人の名前・会社名・電話番号を画面の上で伏せることができます（書きかえても、保存した記録は変わりません）。貼り付け先や渡す相手は、ご自身で選んでください。
4. 分析・広告・トラッキング
アクセス解析、広告、行動追跡（トラッキング）、追跡用Cookieのいずれも使用しません。第三者への情報提供もありません。
5. 通信・オフライン動作
本アプリはオフラインで動作します。表示のために個人を特定する通信は行いません。
6. 医療・緊急時に関する免責
本アプリは日常を助ける道具であり、医療機器ではありません。診断・治療・医療上の助言を目的とするものではありません。表示される内容はあなたが入力した情報であり、その正確さはご自身で管理してください。命に関わる緊急時は、まず地域の緊急番号（日本では119番・110番など）へ通報してください。
7. 対象
本アプリは13歳以上の方のご利用を想定しています。開発者は個人情報を収集しません。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

Privacy Policy
This app is an on-device tool with a dictionary of unspoken phrases, your own scripts for situations, a check before speaking, notes on what went wrong and what to try next, and a phone-call memo (offline, no account). We put your privacy first and never collect or transmit any personal information on the developer's side.
1. Information the developer collects
The app has no feature to send what you enter to anywhere, or to let the developer or any third party collect it. No account is required. We run no server.
2. Information stored on your device
What you enter in the app (scripts written from the phrase book, scripts per situation, checks before speaking, notes on what went wrong and what to try next, and phone-call memos) and your app settings (language, text size, color, sound) are stored only on your device (browser local storage). Although this may include information about your health or daily life, it all stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. It is removed if you delete the app or clear your browser data.
About notes concerning other people: phone-call memos and notes on what went wrong may include information about people other than you, such as their names, company names, or phone numbers. These also stay only on your device and are never seen by the developer. When you hand a backup file or text copied with "Export as text" to someone, or show your notes to others, please use your own judgment, for example by hiding other people's names and company names.
3. About the backup file (for changing phones)
The backup file created by "Export" contains exactly what you entered. Because it holds important information, please keep it in a safe place yourself and delete it when it is no longer needed. Handling and storing this file is under your own control.
In the Android version (Google Play), tapping "Export" opens the Android share screen. There, you choose where to save the file (for example, the files on your device or a cloud drive). The app never sends it anywhere on its own.
"Export as text", found under the lists of scripts, notes on what went wrong, and checks before speaking, only turns that chapter into text and copies it to your device's clipboard. Nothing is sent anywhere. Before copying, you can hide other people's names, company names, and phone numbers on the screen (editing there does not change your saved notes). You choose where to paste it and whom to give it to.
4. Analytics, ads, and tracking
We use no analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or tracking cookies, and we do not share any information with third parties.
5. Connectivity and offline use
The app works offline and performs no personally identifying communication to display its content.
6. Medical and emergency disclaimer
This app is a tool for daily life and is not a medical device. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. The content shown is the information you entered, and you are responsible for its accuracy. In a life-threatening emergency, first call your local emergency number (for example, 119 or 110 in Japan).
7. Intended users
This app is intended for people aged 13 and over. The developer collects no personal information.
8. Revisions
We may revise this policy as needed. Any significant changes will be announced on this page.
